Pre-sales Support and Client Relationship Effectiveness* - Pre-sales support for revenue generating activities such as winning bids on RFPs/proposals, new client acquisition - Establish and maintain good client relationships - Metrics: Number of RFP participated/lead, Number/size of deals won, Client billing *3. Technology* - Should supervise or be part of at least one existing practice area - Knowledge of Mphasis capability, frameworks, processes and case studies for most architecture driven practices - Provide tangible contributions to existing & emerging frameworks - Metrics: Practice revenue growth, Use of frameworks in client solutions *4. Value add to Mphasis knowledge base* - Author (or co-author) white papers and topical presentations - Create artifacts (in projects) that can be expanded and leveraged by colleagues in other projects - Produce case study for every project completed by them (within 4 weeks of completion) - Metrics: Number of white papers authored, artifacts submitted *5.
