The objective is to create and deploy a new module in the current application with the functionality to process AP Invoices that will support the US firm's India operations as well as Dalian Far East Area processing. The application will be updated with the following functionality to process AP invoices: 1. Create a form for entering check requests. 2. Create required workflow (with customized E-mails.) 3. Select valid Vendors and request new Vendor set-up. 4. Handle Special Requests, Rush, and Record Only invoices. 5. Update security to filter user access to data based on BU and/or Area. 6. Perform currency conversions. 7. VAT processing 8. Multi-Language - allow the use of local character sets to input free form data. 9. Create interfaces from the client for Vendors and Currency tables and create a standard EDI feed AP Payments via the Global Interface System 10.
