The CONTENT ANALYST will assist in the web content delivery process by working with Business Analysts, content creative (design, writing, etc), Implementation, Development, and UAT teams to represent the business intent throughout the structured content process used to deliver content to the web. The CA will foster cross team communications (BAs, writers, Information Architects, Business owners, Implementation, Development). The CA will engage to assist in resolving defects, identifying the correct parties to resolve issues and engage SMEs as needed to assist in the delivery of content to the web on a timely basis. The CA will facilitate process improvements by engaging impacted parties and socializing new content process practices. The CA will utilize existing deliverables and tools created in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, TeamSite and other CMS tools, recommending process and tool improvements where possible.
