*Location: Edison, NJ* *Duration: Long Term Contract* *Rate-Open* *MetricStream BA* *Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of SQL and Javascript, a plus Experience as a functional consultant in one of the top ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft), preferably in the Financial domains is a plus. *Mandatory Skills: * Understand the configuration aspects of the various MetricStream modules Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle is a must. Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Finance, Banking, and Investment Banking is a plus. Hands-on approach essential *Personal Traits: * Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Should be excellent in Time Management, Planning Skills & Organizing Skills. *Roles & Responsibility: * Interact with worldwide clients during project kick-off, requirement gathering, gap analysis workshops, end user training and product delivery Collaborate with clients various internal departments regarding application features and functionality. Create requirements document, gap analysis document, functional specifications, test plan and test cases. Translate the functional requirements from the customer into design. Review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization. Install and configure MetricStream products Practice and help enforce best practices for software development within the team. Lead and guide a team of application developers as needed, help them understand the business requirements and develop applications and / or configured solutions.
