At-least 6 years of SAP CRM experience in Service modules in various
version like 5.2

• Strong techno functional experience in SAP CRM

• SAP PI/XI, Web UI & middleware knowledge

• Experience working in the onshore - offshore model

*Location: San Jose, CA*

*RESPONSIBILITIES *
Maintain SuccessFactors including updating configuration tables, security
roles, assist with user issues (helpdesk support and with maintaining SAP
HRIS data integrity)
Participate in all project implementation phases including requirements
gathering, system development, and user parallel test phases
Document requirements for configuring SuccessFactors enhancements or new
functionality
Assist in drafting & reviewing project documents such as user manuals,
training manuals, and polices & procedures
Collaborate with developers on configuration of SAP HRIS modules
Develop and analyze reporting/queries to support management decision making
requirements
Maintain Brassring tables in Admin and Workbench
Provide functional human resources expertise during and after system
implementation
Assist in managing project deliverable and milestones
Assist in designing presentations for various audiences within the
organization
Develop and deliver training related to SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors system
and its reporting tools
Act as liaison between end users and technology staff
Draft reports, memoranda, and other documents.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
Equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree, preferably with major
course work in business administration and five years of business process
analysis, operational documentation, and workflow analysis/process
reengineering.
Additional experience may be substituted for the education on a
year-for-year basis. Possession of a directly related postgraduate degree
may be substituted for three years of experience.
Must be able to work occasional evening and weekend hours

* Desirable Qualifications:*
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience implementing and
maintaining SuccessFactors: Performance Development, Goals, and
Compensation modules; will have experience working in Human Resources
functions, will be professional and very detailed oriented, possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Must possess advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Project) *
