Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Be responsible for the development and integration of new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes; Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution; Responsible for employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management; Plan and direct the install Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
