*SAP FICO Consultant.* *Providence, RI.* *3 Months+.* *Local only or nearby…!!* *A Configuration Analyst* is primarily responsible for the analysis and design aspects of the system development process. Configuration Analyst will be expected to lead small to midsize projects, coordinating the efforts of a project team. Configuration Analyst will also be expected to participate in configuration and testing efforts when necessary. Configuration Analyst should have strong knowledge of departmental procedures and standards, as well as various technologies utilized by the department. Departmental procedures and standards should be adhered to when performing assigned tasks. Should also be knowledgeable of several application modules within the organization. A Configuration Analyst should also participate in product evaluations. A Configuration Analyst will interact with the client community and therefore should possess good oral and written communication skills. *PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* . Analyze client requests and design solutions based on stated requirements. . Facilitate design sessions and lead Business Modeling efforts . Act as project leader on small to mid-size projects as assigned. . Write programming specifications, in accordance with departmental standards, as assigned by a project leader or manager. . Lead configuration and testing efforts. . Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by programming changes. . Assist other staff members when appropriate. . Participate in off-shift system support as assigned. *KNOWLEDGE AREAS*** . Understanding of fundamental and advanced concept of SAP systems development. . Understanding of fundamental Finance principles. *Education Requirements:** SAP configuration certification in FICO modules.* *Experience:** 2 implementations in SAP FICO modules*** *3-5 years experience on SAP* Complexity: Senior Performs work that is complex and varied in nature. Defines and discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an integrated solution within a broad technical and business context of significant impact.
