They are attacking the eCommerce channel, where they have created a website to customize/personalize your mobile phone. Their end goal is provide an ultimate user experience. Due to this goal, Motorola has an immediate need for DemandWare developers to implement a large scale eCommerce sites. On a daily basis they will be performing regular quality assurance of the company's eCommerce storefront to mitigate critical interruptions. 60-70% of these individuals time will be developing/coding and configuring in DemandWare or Java script. Junior level candidates will go through a 2-3 week training class where they will learn how to configure and develop in DemandWare.
