*Rate: Competitive* * * *Project Description:* This individual will be responsible for overall technical management, including scheduling staff, quality control, monitoring progress and providing progress reports to client management. This individual will provide overall technical direction and decision support within the Project Team. They will provide coordination between various technical and planning groups external to the Project Team to include but not limited to, the IT staff, application services team, and the Finance and Business Offices. The client will appoint a technical lead to serve as the primary point of contact for the contractor technical lead. The client technical lead will approve all technical deliverables before any payments will be made. The client technical lead will also serve as the conduit for any data base change requests. All data base changes will be done by the client Data Administration staff. *Mandatory Skills Needed:* At least eight years (8) of IDMS experience At least eight (8) years of COBOL experience At least two (2) years of Easytrieve experience. At least eight (8) years of IBM JCL experience.
