Responsibilities:
SAP ABAP developer (Specific Utility tool Required)  IS-U / IDE space
SAP ABAP development experience in IS-U utility module specific to IDE
(Inter data company Exchange) process.
Thorough knowledge on structure of IDOC's both outbound and inbound
directions and IS-U data model.
Thorough understanding of IS-U configuration for analysis and development.
Experience 5-7 years in Electric Utility SAP IS-U / IDE space.
Preferred
Familiarity with PJM region deregulation and load settlement rules
Familiarity with SAP Process Integration PI and ability to troubleshoot
issues
Strong data analysis skills and skillset to assist in issue remediation
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and
documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more
user areas. May include hands-on new development as well as support,
maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with
client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and
processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes
recommendations.

Skills:
Oracle Global Trade Management Modules for Engineering and Construction
Industry
Pre-Requisite to Qualify for an interview
Lead and responsible for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)  modules with
deep functional expertise and hands on experience in setup, configuration,
training and knowledge transfer and documentation
Led minimum five full lifecycle implementation in large and complex
environment with other software
GTM specialist should have custom broker’s license to help design custom
related regulation, compliance and rules
Successfully implemented  Oracle GTM  in Engineering and Construction
industry
Successfully used Oracle certified product (custominfo) to design GTM
modules
The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop session ,daily
meeting, and continued focus to meet deliverable schedule from global
design to client transition
Gather Business requirements, Analyze and transform to application
requirements, Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Design approval process and
strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution.
Working experience with Onsite  Offshore team environment is required
Continue to work with on-site PM and track leads to manage scope and
approval process, follow SDLC process, lead testing triage, knowledge
transfer and documentations
Subject matter expert (SME) in the following Oracle GTM area
Deliverables:
Lead, Facilitate and conduct Oracle GTM workshop sessions to capture
business requirements, Fit-Gap analysis and identify RICE / CEMLI
Conduct review sessions and provide functional expertise to achieve best of
breed solutions
Exhibit industry knowledge of Engineering and Construction area
Create Functional Specification (ex: MD50) and help to approve and work
with technical team for the functional testing and delivery of the RICE /
CEMLI
Deliver approved GTM solution accepted by Engineering and Construction
industry
Design and deliver functional setup, configuration and BR100 document
Train, document every process ( As-Is and To- Be) and provide knowledge
transfer (KT)
Demonstrate leadership skills, inter-personal skills to work with all level
of team members
Able to travel to work site as per the project requirements
Understand and able to work in On Site and Offshore model

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical
background in the areas of software development and infrastructure design
including servers, storage and networking



The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee in-house projects ensuring  requirements are met,
design reviews are held, budgets/timelines/priorities are respected,
documentation is maintained, and final hand-offs with training are
performed.

• Infrastructure (network, system, storage) project management
for 8-10 projects is needed

• Attending project scoping meetings to gather technical
requirements.

• Articulate project requirements to design engineers

• Understand key design concepts including latency,
scalability, efficiency and failover

• Provide direction to resources, monitor development efforts,
assemble key project deliverables, report project status, and raise

progress.

• Manage the overall project budget inclusive of labor

Qualifications



• Bachelor's  Master Degree preferred.

• 8-10 years leading large scale service provider projects and
cross functional teams.

• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is a substantial plus.

• Experience developing project schedules, managing team
resources, creating work breakdown structures, estimating size and effort
for new development projects, as well as develop detailed requirements for
these projects.

• Must be extremely organized with the ability to articulate
thoughts in a clear and concise manner, lead by positive example, possess
excellent interpersonal skills to develop healthy trustful relationships
with customers, vendors, superiors, peers, and subordinates alike.

• Must have practical experience with managing technology
projects and be familiar with software development methodologies.

• Experience with Agile SCRUM Development

• IT Technology certifications a definite advantage (CISCO,
Microsoft, CompTIA, VMWare, SAN/NAS, Oracle)

• Proficient with productivity tools: MS Office Project, Visio,
Word, Excel, and Outlook.
