The Role of Test Manager is to effectively lead the testing team. The Department seeks a strong and experienced candidate that will work directly with the Bureau Chiefs of Automation in the Welfare Division and the ITSD. *Immediate responsibilities will include maintaining an effective testing process and making improvements to this process, including additional automation, to increase the overall effectiveness of the testing function.* This position will provide test definition, execution and management for the suite of the Welfare Division systems that support, but not limited to, Child Support, Medicaid, Aid to the Aged Blind and Disabled (AABD) cash, Temporary Assistance to Families in Idaho (Idaho's TANF funded TAFI program), SNAP (Food Stamps), and the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP). The suite of systems include, but is not limited to, the Idaho Child Support System, Benefits Eligibility System (IBES), the eVerif-I verification system, eCasefile document management system and idalink web-based customer self-service portal. The Division of Welfare uses the Scrum Agile development methodology so all methods and strategies should be consistent with this. The Test Manager will also bring consolidation to the various automated load and regression testing tools that have been implemented.
