Rate: $40-45/HR C2C Job Title : ServiceNow Admin Location : Parsippany, NJ Duration : 6-12 Months contract Interview : Phone & face to face Job Description: Configuration of the ServiceNow system, including deciphering current and creating workflows to support: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB as well as other applications in the suite Work with ServiceNow owner to generate views and reports as needed Essential Qualifications Two (2) years of directly related Service Now work experience which must include Development experience Understanding of and experience with IT Service Management processes: Incident, Change, Knowledge, Problem, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery and Portfolio Strong analytical skills for problem solving Experience with Discovery and Orchestration Experience with Javascript Experience with creating ServiceNow workflows, creating ServiceNow update sets and testing/implementing those update sets into production The ability to multi-task between and among projects Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Experience with various technical components: Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) LDAP, VPN, SSL and other related technologies. *Share me resume with clear photo ID proof like (Driver License, State ID Card, Passport copy of first page)*.
