Subject: Sr.Provisioning Engineer Location: Birmingham, AL Duration: 6 Months contract-to-hire Note: Need G.C & U.S Citizen *Reply Me At j...@itbtalent.com <j...@itbtalent.com>* Key Responsibilities: • Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify, configure and maintain an Identity and Access management solution. • Work with current provisioning methods and migrate to an enterprise based method. • Formulates and manages system scope and objectives for assigned projects. • Review business requirement documents and translate into technical specifications. • Build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, Single Sign On, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems. • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards. • Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations. • Provide status updates to Project Manager and senior management. • Actively involved in design/code reviews, architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews. • Manages interactions with clients team • Directly interacts with internal project team and manages customer expectations. Knowledge: • Requires expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology • Requires knowledge of relational database management systems • Requires strong knowledge with one or more LDAP directories, including Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server, Novell e-Directory, or CA Directory • Demonstrates understanding of core business functions • Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem Skills and Abilities: • The candidates we hire are innovative problem solvers, analytical, organized, with good attention to detail and are able to manage multiple tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present written material in a clear, organized and detailed manner • Proactive, self-motivated, and inquisitive with a desire to learn and grow in the role • Demonstrated proficiency in any Identity Management OR Access management system. • Recent experience with Active directory and Exchange. • Recent experience in database architecture and development of SQL scripts/queries (SQL server/DB2) Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline • 3+ years of experience with implementation, user provisioning, and troubleshooting experience with any of the following IAM technologies: SUN Identity Manager, SUN Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint, Okta, Centrify, PING etc • 4+ years of experience in managing IT solution deployments through the full software development lifecycle.
