*Job Title: Report Developer for Post Production* *Location: Atlanta GA* *Type of hire: 6 months Contract to hire* * Interview Mode: Telephonic and F2F* *GC/USC only* *Responsibilities* The Operations Analyst is an important member within the Enterprise Information Management & Analytics (IM&A) team and is primarily responsible for the full operations support delivery cycle of our critical reporting & data integration platforms and applications. Candidate will perform post-production support for BI reporting and must have strong data, database and SQL skills. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn Microstrategy BI toolset, if they do not already have it! *You will work with* - Our internal customers and partners to trouble-shoot and solve issues - Ensure daily / monthly data or report deliverables are delivered within communicated SLAs - Work with the development team to co-ordinate and execute Data Warehouse product releases - Deliver on change requests requiring a rapid response - Automate data warehouse test processes and release operations *Job requirements include:* v Provide support to our internal customers with effective incident management, prioritization, initiation and execution. v Ensure all daily, monthly deliverables are automated adequately and deliveries are handled within the communicated SLAs. v Proficiently use DW tools such as ETL and Reporting software to solve for enhancement needs that require a quick turnaround. v Perform ad-hoc analysis to independently handle business questions from customers. v Perform root-cause analysis / support on a self-sufficient basis and escalate to Tier 3 support only on an as-needed basis. v Provide support to the development team by assisting with production release management. v Keep up to date with leading edge technologies to improve BI Delivery automation for availability, maintainability, and scalability. *Skills and Education* v Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or Information Systems or related discipline. v Strong SQL programming experience at an advanced level. v BI development experience with Microstrategy or commensurate reporting toolset. v Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience as a BI application or ETL developer preferably in an IT operations setting. v Good working knowledge of scripting environments such as Windows or Shell scripting etc. v Strong technical skills and problem solving ability. v Experience working in an agile scrum environment. v Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work on multiple requests on a concurrent basis and be able to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. v Superior problem-solving abilities. v Ability to perform duties under minimum supervision. *Preferred Qualifications include*: v Excellent problem analysis and problem resolution skills from an O/S, database, and application perspective. v Programming exposure in a java or .net environment. v Proven ability to recognize and execute process improvements. *Regards,* *Ali* *a...@tresourceinc.com <a...@tresourceinc.com>* *408-709-1760 EXT 9859* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
