Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support. Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements. *Experience Level: *6-10 Years. *Skill Set: *Business analysis. Business process modeling - enterprise to department level. Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams. *Daily responsibilities:* The Sr. Data Analyst is expected to Analyze and develop complex logical database designs, data models and relational data in support of corporate and client area information systems requirements Participate in the development of outcomes and process measures, including technical specifications to enable measurement and evaluation Direct and execute creative analytical approaches that lead to actionable outcomes which further promote organizational/departmental goals Proactively recognize potential issues and develop plans to address and understand how to communicate these steps to department leadership and clients Work to identify opportunities and methods to improve efficiencies with analysis Evaluate effectiveness of actions/programs implemented & make recommendations *Required Experience and skills:* 6-8+ hands on experience with independently analyzing large and complex data sets Excellent data management skills supported by in-depth knowledge & demonstrated experience working with large and complex data Excellent analytic and problem solving skills Knowledge of MS Excel, VBA or other databases/analytics tools. Must know how to manipulate, to extract, analyze, and report data.
