The Programmer Analyst will work as part of a cohesive team, in the creation of automated tool-sets, primarily supporting the back office team, including accounting, tax and operations. *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* - Work within a small group on various process improvement projects, primarily supporting the accounting/tax function - Deconstruct existing manual or semi-automated functions in order to plan and build new automated solutions - Document diverse existing systems/processes as well as new processes the Programmer Analyst may develop - Coordinate with CFO and other accounting personnel on systems usage goals. - Expand functionality of systems to handle growing variety of investment products.
