Below are the skills we are looking for *Title: Sr. Business Analyst* *Location: Austin, TX* *Duration:6+ months * *VISA: GC/CITIZENS * *Description:* Skills Needed: Business Analyst, SQL, PMP a plus, Project Life Cycle Methodologies, Agile (nice to have) *Responsibilities:* The Senior Associate will analyze data, understand and document business processes and procedures, gather and document requirements, and work closely with the business to standardize workflows and reduce redundant data stores. The Senior Analyst will develop test plans, coordinate testing activities with user groups, and manage deployment activities. The Senior Associate will act as a Project Manager - coordinate with software developers to implement technology solutions that meet the business requirements, develop test plans, test changes to ensure accuracy of data, and work with the business users to accept and deploy technology solutions. The successful candidate for this position will be analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
