Selected individual will work with a project team which consists of employees and consultants. *Responsibilities* • Facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop new business solutions and enhance existing ones, conducts impact analysis of upgrades and changes for department/functional areas, and evaluates systems and business processes for feasibility. • Analyzes information needs and functional requirements, evaluates information gathered, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from underlying true needs. • Develops requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language and standard UML methodologies. • Conduct integration testing of reports to facilitate change management and quality assurance. This includes the development and implementation of standard test scenarios based on defined use cases. • Assist with application training to ensure the end users of the business applications fully understand all features and functionality. Train peers in subject matter and technical expertise areas. • Analyzes and assigns Change and defect management issues related to new development requests and production support. *Qualifications* • Extensive experience in the following is required: • Gathering and documenting reporting system requirements for information technology projects • Coordinating and deploying technical products to end users • Developing and implementing cross organizational business process flows • Creating test plans and test scripts • Conducting quality testing of software • Developing, maintaining and delivering end user training • Experience with SQL and relational database query – Oracle preferred • Excellent business analysis aptitude • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external audience and peers • Ability to communicate technical information (written and oral) to non-technical audience, to use relationship development skills and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical personnel • Experience with Java (or any Object Oriented language) applications preferred. *Education* • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience &/or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), or related discipline.
