You can reach me at 408-709-1760 ext 984. kindly share your Updated Resume At sjan...@tresourceinc.com *Job Description :* *Role : Business Analyst* *Location : Austin, TX* *Duration : 6+ Month* *Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 8 Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data. 8 Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories. 8 Produce and execute a plan for implementing the Configuration Management processes. 8 Ability to develop SQL queries and reports for management on KPIs to improve the process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy. 8 Experience in hardware and software asset and configuration management as well as knowledge of IT service management processes. 8 Experience with FrontRange HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Atrium, and BMC Remedy ITSM or a similar industry solution. 8 Familiar with any of the following: discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, BMC Software Asset Management; reconciliation of discovery data in BMC CMDB environment; and integration of discovery solutions with CMDB or a similar industry solution.. 8 Knowledge of MS SQL, query-writing, reporting tools (ie: Crystal Reports, BIRT, or a similar industry solution) relational databases. 8 Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. Candidates should have proven understanding of IT business needs and knowledge of IT industry standard best practices. * Preferences:* Years Skills/Experience 8 The ideal candidate will hold ITIL Foundation v3.0 certification and have applied knowledge of real-world environments in both the Service Management focus area and have experience implementing a CMDB in a customer environment.
