An experienced Business Analyst with expertise in external facing web technologies with varied browsers and mobile devices, business process improvement, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, development of external facing business applications, user experience designing, unified modeling language (UML) concepts, documenting requirements, gap analysis, testing and quality assurance. *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* 1. Competent in extracting, documenting, organizing and tracking requirements. 2. Experienced as the central point of contact between the business, technical and design teams. 3. Experienced in building *external facing Web Applications, Mobile Applications with adaptive/responsive capabilities*. 4. Proficient in meeting facilitation for Rapid Application Development (RAD), Joint Application Development (JAD), Joint Application Review (JAR) sessions to develop and agree upon a system focusing on business requirements. 5. Adept with scripting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). 6. Artful in designing functional requirements document (FRD), non-functional requirements document and supplementary specifications. 7. In-depth understanding about the agile and lean methodologies followed in the industry and its uses. 8. Capable of working in direct collaboration and assisting the project manager in complex initiatives for Project Documentation, Financial Forecasting, Issue/Risk tracking. 9. Experienced in facilitating application review meetings with project participants and business users 10. Accustomed to working with and meeting deadlines in a competitive environment and delivering strategic & economic solutions to issues while pursuing development within constraints. 11. Proficiency in web delivery methodologies. 12. Experienced in Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business users across the spectrum of IOS and Android web and mobile devices. 13. Flexible at adapting to varying client models for project delivery. Experienced in waterfall, agile and lean methodologies for software development. 14. Experience with Content Management systems, UML, Storyboards, Scenarios (Conceptual and Concrete), Contextual Personas, writing and diagrammatically representing use cases. 15. Adept with requirements engineering describing them in Hierarchical Task Analysis, Task Descriptions, Data Flow models & Data Diagrams (Class Diagrams). 16. Excellent communication skills, leadership, management abilities, and team spirit with the ability to operate successfully across multiple departmental business and technical organizations. *SCOPE* Professional level. Works with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business areas to resolve problems, assess current state vs future state and perform gap analysis on an ongoing basis. Supports several complex business processes occasionally working as project lead.
