*Duration: 12 months, possible 6 month extension* *Interview Process: Phone Interview/In person or possible video conference* *Description:* The individual is providing Production Support and conducts small to medium system enhancements on a wide variety of applications. Experience with supporting Lotus Notes, SharePoint, resolving/investigating issues, relational databases and creating/delivering custom Crystal Reports. This not a 12-month single project base assignment. The individual is working on multiple projects at a given time. *Required Experience/knowledge with SQL, data modeling, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, vendor products, requirements analysis and design; working with off shore developers.* Experience with supporting LDRPS (Living Disaster Recovery Planning Solution) or Protegent PTA (Personal Trading Assistant) is a *preference, but not required*. Skills: STRONG analytical, communication, quick learner, professional, ability to handle multiple projects; provide follow up to associates on different stages of the process and extremely deadline driven. Good judgment and the ability to independently work with business partners to understand business impact and priority of requests are critical to this role. Education: Bachelors in Information Systems would be preferred, but not a requirement.
