*Business Systems Analyst *



*Location- San Francisco, CA *



*Duration-6 to 18 months*







*US or GC only*







*Key Responsibilities: *



•Analysis and identification of strategic operational issues to identify
opportunities for improvement.



•Gathering and understanding client system requirements, high level
solution design, fit gaps, product demos, project scoping and estimating.
Implementing best practices in customer service.



•Requirements, design, create and maintain written specifications,
documentation and screen mockups.



•Presenting and demonstrating CRM capabilities in front of client and
prospects audiences



Performing gap analysis between package delivered functionality and
client's requirements



•Mapping client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying
creative work-arounds when necessary or customizations/custom development



•Developing training material and training client personnel on system usage
and administration



•Developing data conversion and testing strategies



•Leading client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions



•Confirm and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the Project
Manager, Staff and Customer.



•Candidate must work with the delivery team to ensure project’s scope,
timelines, and budgets are met.



•Configure and implement Dynamics CRM. (ie: Entities/relationships, User
profiles/teams/security roles, Workflows, Advanced Find Views, Charts,
Dashboards, Reports etc)



•Train and transfer knowledge to project team, technology team, and
end-users on general Dynamics CRM concepts and capabilities.





*Preferred Skills: *

•Working with on-shore and/or off shore development teams on CRM
customizations and extensions

•Knowledge of Contact Center Desktop, 3rd party Alfa People Service
Management solution, add-ons and ISVs is a plus

•Experience with Microsoft Sure Step methodology techniques and
documentation

•Some knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management
Studio

•Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner
and develop strong working relationships with clients
