Job Description:
1. Assist Business team in developing work processes and end user training
in SAP WMS
2. Provide System Matter Expertise on SAP WMS implementation
3. Conduct end user training on WMS processes
4. Assist Business team in troubleshooting operational issues and developing
contingency process
Required Skills:
1. Candidate must be a highly organized, responsive, reliable, proactive and
a self-starter requiring minimum supervision.
2. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications
skills, capable of providing technology briefings as needed.
3. Candidate must possess good IT project management skills and a good
overall understanding of IT
4. Good interpersonal skills to be able to bridge the various internal IT
groups
5. Good understanding/experience in the Logistics industry and
Transportation Management Systems
6. Familiar with PM tools such as MSProject
7. Solid with documentation and reporting
8. Able to comfortably work with IT and business groups
9. Candidate must have 5+ years of experience implementing SAP WMS systems.
