1. Check on *Java Front End Frameworks* that they would have used (like
Bootstrap, webkit, Rail etc). Suggest they should have been involved in
doing development using at least few of these front end frameworks.
2. *Check on Scripting* that they would have used. Expert in scripting
and java scripting libraries like AJAX / JQuery / EXT-JS / DOJO /
AngularJS, etc.
3. Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JSON
4. Check on knowledge of full stack development. Possess advanced
knowledge and experience on full stack for web platforms. Should understand
MVC architecture, design patterns, Data modeling, big data systems
5. Should have worked *on large scale*, distributed and multi-tenant
applications
6. Good to have Java Certification/s
7. From Experience perspective 7+ yrs of experience front end Java
Architect or equivalent.
8. Ruby on Rails experience as a must
