Assist in Global Voice Recording System audit . Candidate must have solid and demonstrated experience in developing solutions aligned to business requirements that utilize department's standards, product sets, templates, systems and artefacts. The ability to assemble professional documents based on existing templates, ability to provide accurate job descriptions with needed hours for completion. Must understand project delivery lifecycle management, the concept of a Detailed Design, Test and Certification methodologies, Back-Out and Validation plans and procedures. Must maintain and adhere to department polices in conjunction with the service delivery function (asset tracking, inventories, chargeback, documentation and the related systems, tools and processes). Is responsible for the quality of the service outputs of his/her work. The candidate must be able to work on their own and in team settings in various sizes and locations. Adherence and use of standards, product sets, templates, systems and artefacts are important to the success of the Engineer, the department and the firm at larger. Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team. Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applications. Additional Skills: Voice Recording/System Audit experience Critical Experience/Qualifications Interface with internal customers to determine business requirements and expectations of technology solutions Strong level of knowledge in Voice Recording, solutions and technologies. These include NICE; NPR3.2, and NIM4.1 Particularly Nice UI including Sentinel and Reporter.
