This project is modernizing the DMV Driver License system and business processes. The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with NCDOT’s Program Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements. Role responsibilities: Analyze, define, and document requirements for work flow and business processes Discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's business processes. Work with the PMO Program Manager, Project Manager, Business Customer and project team Develop clear and detailed process maps identification of issues and risks found in the mapping of business processes to the business capability model. oversee the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report the results via written reports and oral communications Transfer BPM strategy knowledge to NCDOT Staff.
