Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department · Experience doing analysis, modeling, and solutions for EDW, Master Data Hubs, and staging · Experience defining data management standards and policies is preferred · Applies data analysis and data modeling techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of the corporate information requirements, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions) · Provides advice and guidance to database designers and others using the data structures and associated components · Investigates corporate data requirements, documenting them according to the required standards utilizing the prescribed methods and tools · Investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using methodical and consistent techniques.
