Requirements

Skillset

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Applied Economics, Statistics
or other technical field.

• Minimum 5 year experience in one of more of the following capabilities:
data mining, data analysis, data modeling.

• Minimum 5 year of experience with MS Office applications, specifically
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

• Advanced Excel and Fluency in SQL required. • Experience and/or
professional certification in one or more of the following tools or areas:
SQL, SAS, Data Mining / Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, SQL, and Tableau
Desktop/Server

• Database programming experience with SQL, Oracle, or Access

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and
analyze data to meet requirements.

• Self-driven  attention to detail and accuracy a must • The ability
to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
Excellent communications skills, presentation, and project management
skills. This role will interact with clients so they must be comfortable
with speaking with people.

• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills to build good working
relationships.

• Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member

• Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature,
passion for the customer and customer experience

• Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
in their work, ability to ramp up quickly

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Flexible and quick learner

• Healthcare Insurance Industry experience preferred.

• Health Rules knowledge/ experience preferred

• IBC/AHA informatics/AEDW experience a plus
