*Job description:*

This position will construct and create intelligent and comprehensive
solutions as a CRM Solution Architect.  This position will lead technical
requirements sessions; connect internal clients with development staff;
build and document solutions, and develop interfaces between CRM and other
systems.



*Key Responsibilities:*

· Determine requirements to design and architect solutions
compliant with bid parameters

· Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
that best leverage the CRM platform

· Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical
solutions that are aligned with client business objectives

· Manage the technical delivery of custom development,
integrations, and data migration elements of CRM implementations

· Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the CRM
platform

· Manage technical scopes and client expectations

· Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers

· Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality
solution is delivered

· Lead a team responsible for developing products leveraging the
CRM platform

· Evaluates completed projects for optimization and coordinate with
team leads to update offerings for future iterations



*Minimum Qualifications:*

· Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field of study, or
equivalent years of experience

· 2+ years SFDC

· 4+ years Business Analysis



*Preferred Qualifications:*

· Technical background a plus (Java, JavaScript)

· Extremely sound in Salesforce entities, workflows,
configurations, customization and development, and integration development

· Web services development experience

· Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party
enterprise integration tools (E.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica, etc.

4+ years of development and administration experience with SalesForce.com.
Designs, develops, and maintains complex Apex and VisualForce applications
Experience in integration efforts with SalesForce and complex back-end
platforms
In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, MVC framework and building
integration with SalesForce
Good understanding of configuration, workflows, triggers, data structures,
data modeling, db schema
Experience with Agile development processes, continuous integration, and
deployments
Experience in RIA development framework
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON
Must have hands on experience with Apex data loader
Hands on experience with SalesForce Metadata, real time/batch integration,
web services, Bulk, SOAP/REST API, XML/WSDL, middleware.
