Responsibilities

The Integration PMO Manager will have a central role in managing the
integration of data, systems, platforms and reporting that will enable
Cross-Business Milestone analysis and views for the newly integrated Shire
Portfolio. As a business analyst and program manager liaison, this role
will assist the Innovation Lead and the team in auditing, consolidating,
analyzing and reporting data coming from multiple platforms and systems and
integrating them in a meaningful way to facilitate Sr. Management decisions.

The candidate will be fully involved in the integration of systems,
reporting and interfaces to allow Shire moving into one platform and one
reporting system for Project and Portfolio Management tools.



The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the drug development
lifecycle and experience in data collection, extraction, analysis, and
reporting in the pharmaceutical space. This role will involve frequent
use/interaction with SharePoint, SQL Databases, Microsoft Project and
Analytical/BI tools; with particular focus on QlikView and QlikSense.



*Job Function and Description*

Integration of Data within Project and Portfolio Management

•             Identify similarities, differences and gaps in legacy Project
and Portfolio Management applications and assist in developing a plan for
system integration and harmonization. This includes functionality, process,
data capture and reporting.

•             Define, manage, refine, and execute on evolving reporting and
analytical needs to ensure top quality deliverables/services are integrated
and provided to our business customers

•             Support ad hoc data integration requirements to fulfill Sr.
Management requests

•             Define, document, and implement processes for integration to
ensure compliance and standardization across stakeholders

•             Leverage people, process, and technology to implement best
practices and achieve continuous and sustainable improvements in data
collection and reporting

•             Act as business liaison and expert on functionality, data
content, and business rules within the BI environments related specifically
to data.

•             Responsible for defining and implementing QA/QC processes, as
well as for UAT of business rules in the BI environment

•             Provide support for regularly scheduled integration
enhancements: managing requested changes and priority, gathering
requirements and documentation, development status, testing, training,
communications and release

•             Write, review, and approve training materials



*Experience & Knowledge*

•             Bachelor's degree preferably in business, mathematics,
sciences, or related analytical field

•             Experience with reporting and analytical packages essential -
Preferably, with QlikView and Qlik Sense

•             Experience in SharePoint administration, Microsoft Project
Server preferred. Working knowledge of T-SQL preferred

•             Experienced in analyzing drug development information

•             Demonstrated business acumen, presentation and management
skills

•             Strong written and oral communication
