Works as liaison with contractors and vendors as needed. Ensures that change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed. *5 plus years of relevant Experience.* · VMware Architect should have experience with designing Cisco Flexpod (UCS/NetApp) Environments and creating installation checklists for Cisco Validated Flexpod Designs. *8 plus years of relevant experience*. · ESXi, ESX, vSphere and vCenter administration and patching (versions 4.x and 5.x). · Strong communications skills. · Expert knowledge of SAN (FC, iSCSI) and NAS (NFS, CIFS) technologies. · Strong Windows Server technologies know-how (2012, 2008 R2). · VCP/VCAP preferred. · P2V Experience. · General understanding of distributed computing concepts, including the principles of network routing and data center switching.
