Makes well-thought-out decisions on the most complex or ambiguous database issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements, Ensures that database improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs. *Behavior Characteristics: * Eight years of experience in database administration. Three years of project management experience is strongly preferred.
