·Minimum of 2 years of SFDC experience as a Business Analyst
(Service Cloud experience preferred)
·Experience with Community Platform (JIVE, Yammer, SFDC Community
etc.) desired
·Strong analytical skill to exam business
processes/workflow/related systems and convert to functional requrimeents
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and manage schedule
of related tasks
·Ability to travel (it will be minimal less than 5%, if any)
Need someone to have a strong functional exp. in Salesforce/Service Cloud
and Business Analysis skills
Need someone who can be persuasive and assertive as part of a team.
