Pa. Duration: 6 months plus Job Description: Quality Analyst with Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology experience. The Quality Analyst is responsible for continuous quality improvement of content management processes and solutions. This role applies a strategic and systemic approach with fact-based decision making, to meet customer-focused objectives and ensure long-term improvement Analyzes operational data, business processes, and proposed solutions and toward continuous improvements. Uses analytics and statistics to identify special causes of process variation and deficiency, develops process quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and documents the financial impacts of process improvements. Is continuously involved in monitoring quality. Communicates findings, solution designs, and plans for improvements. Leads effort combining clients and solutions resources toward improving quality. Designs and participates in testing of hypotheses and proposed solutions. Structured process and data modeling techniques, e.g. UML, IDEF, OOA. E-R Quantitative modeling techniques and tools. e.g. differential, statistical, Excel, Minitab Information intensive industry e.g. financial services, insight helpful. Contemporary and legacy technology architectures. Design of Experiments/Testing Requires ability to apply Lean principles to organization, processes, and solutions. Requires proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams/platforms. Requires Proven quantitative and analytical skill set. Requires superior communication skill. Ability to build and deliver effective presentations that are tailored to the needs of the audience, able to influence and gain consensus. Must have demonstrated project management and requirements analysis skills Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or comparable software application. Minitab strongly preferred. Strong strategic skills with ability to quickly learn a new process integrate key business needs and formulate a strategic and tactical approach to move forward. Clear thinker who can seek out and identify key data themes and distill the findings into an actionable strategy and solution. Strong systems aptitude, able to identify opportunities to leverage technology as a productivity enabler. Able to build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
