Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of extracting and developing key consumer insights within a population. Experience utilizing both Qualitative Analysis (e.g., content analysis, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., cluster analysis, inferential statistics). Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS) Demonstrated process improvement, root-cause analysis, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
