This person needs to have 3-5 years of health care experience to assist with understanding the terminology 3. Must have 3-5 years’ experience gathering requirements and working with data analysis and modeling Required Experience: •3-5 or more demonstrated experience in eliciting business requirements, documentation of business requirements (e.g. BTRD) including systems analysis, information systems, software development or other work related to the duties of the position. •Proven understanding of application architecture governance and relational database structures and the ability to use reporting/querying tools and construct SQL statements and other modeling tools. •Demonstrated experience with cross-team collaboration, guiding technical staff and engaging various project stakeholder audiences on medium to large scale IT projects.
