Acting as a liaison to the business and technical teams, this individual will provide primary input to the decision making process for CRM initiatives by identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing current systems capabilities and proposing technical solutions that are considerate of cost and risk factors. *Required Skills:* Senior level Business Systems Analyst. *CRM SME; significant experience with Salesforce.com initiatives, including experience with business case development, implementation and solutions development. Strong business presence and interpersonal skills. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Financial services experience* preferred.
