Location:San Diego, CA.

"Required Skills:
Typically possess 2-5 years of Project Management or equivalent experience
in the total Project life cycle.
eBusiness project leadership in Financial Services is preferred.
Ability to execute and manage projects within the eBusiness portfolio.
Ability to build and establish standard project management practices,
processes, and tools.
Ability to run independently, builds relationships across LOBs, and work in
a fast paced environment.
Must be PMP certified/."
Clarification:
How Technical do we need the PM to be for this role? eBusiness Functional
BA experience in their past. In their PM experience I would like to see a
couple eBusiness implementations and at least one of those with R12
experience.
Do they need someone very technical (has been a DBA/Developer in the
past)? Nope more functional business system analyst experience prior to
their PM experience. Or just need a Senior PM that can manage a
Technical/Functional Team? Yes with Oracle experience because how you
implement SAP is completely different from Oracle and PeopleSoft.
Are you looking for someone that has specifically lead Oracle R12
implementations extensively? Yes How many Oracle Projects needed as a
Minimum? At least 3
Any specific PM Methodologies needed? Waterfall, Agile.
Do they use MS Project as a PM Tool? Yes
Any other tools/technologies that would be helpful in the role? Good
communicator and negotiator,
