Pay Rate $55-57/hr C2C
This position is responsible for supporting, managing and implementing all
storage and backup infrastructures for enterprise. This includes direct
attached storage components, fibre attached storage arrays, backup
appliances, tape libraries and other associated equipment such as cabling
and SAN switches. The Storage Analyst will perform daily systems management
and tuning, including maintenance and trend analysis of the SAN and Backups
infrastructures:
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on
assignments and workload fluctuations
Ability to work with concepts and work independently
Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
Ability to balance conflicting demands to achieve optimal performance with
minimal risk to business operations
1. Strong in NetBackup
o Maintain, support, and troubleshoot issues
o Very familiar with management and administration
o Can fine tune environments
o NetBackup for VmWare exposure
2. Strong in Data Domain
o Maintain, support, and troubleshoot issues
o Very familiar with management and administration
o Setup replication in NetBackup environment
3. Strong in Compellent
o To assist with CX380A migration efforts
o Strong Thin Import experience, migrating SQL environments
