*BA / Software Operations Leader* *Atlanta GA* *12 Months* *GC/ Citizen* *Agile, Rally, compliance strategy Planning* · Establish vision, identifies and champions internal / external best practices, tools and ideas to improve execution and quality. · Own and be accountable for team financials, resources, staffing assuring commitments are met. · Demonstrate mastery of the intricacies of interactions and dynamics in Agile teams. Assure consistent, effective rhythms for agile & lean start-up rituals and artifacts · Use disciplined approaches to monitor team progress via effective information dashboards for program velocity, burn-up, defect tracking, quality and compliance. · Be an expert in proactively using data, practical knowledge and innovative insights to drive timely decisions, determine appropriate courses of action, forecast future needs while managing risk and uncertainty for the team. · Beyond drive day-to-day operational tempos and rigor, has responsibility to coordinate activities for strategic business rhythms including Growth Play Book: long term strategic plan; Session II & Op Planning. · Work with Executive Director to establish vision and drive the operational strategy for the organization for technology strategy, quality strategy and organizational and resource strategy · Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement to facilitate program definition · Make sure all Software processes are followed · Opening PO's, tracking PO's, opening Reqs. · Creating Charts, working with metrics, spreadsheets, etc. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) · A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product OR Master’s degree with 8 years of experience OR PhD with 5 years of experience. *Technical Requirements:* · Facilitates and coaches software engineering team sessions on requirements estimation and alternative approaches to team sizing and estimation. Leads a community of practice around estimation to share best practices among teams · Knowledgeable about developments in UX in various contexts, businesses, and industries. Quantifies effectiveness of design choices by gathering data. Drives accountability and adoption. Publishes guidance and documentation to promote adoption of design. Proposes design solutions based on research and synthesis; creates general design principles that capture the vision and critical concerns for a program. · Demonstrates mastery of the intricacies of interactions and dynamics in Agile teams. Guides new teams to adopt Agile, troubleshoots adoption efforts, and guide continuous improvement. Drives elimination of inefficiencies in coding process.
