*Position : Cisco Network Engineer with LAN/WAN* *Location : Long Island,NY* *Duration : 6 Month* *Need GC or USC* *Need 10+ Years Consultant* *Description:* Min 10 years experience supporting complex LAN WAN network environments with sensitive or classified customer data. In-depth understanding TCP/IP, & network security principles Working knowledge of server technologies used in messaging applications and file transport protocols (secure & un-secure). Security Experience - protection from external hacking attacks, Firewall/ASA Configuration and support, and Wi-Fi security. Extensive experience in managing Cisco data communications equipment, including hardware configurations and specifications, firmware and software updates, and equipment configuration settings. *Working knowledge with Windows Active Directory environment, preferably with mixed Operating System environment. * *Working Knowledge with server infrastructure maintenance and network capacity planning. * *Working Knowledge with Hyper-V or VMWare clusters with multiple hosts. Areas of experience should include design, implementation, capacity planning, and maintenance. * 10 years with experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, load balancers, DNS, NAS/SAN) design and maintenance. Cisco, Fortinet and HP is desirable.
