Job Title: Business Analyst with Eagle Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Month CTH *EAD, GC, US Citizen Only! Interview: Phone then face to face* *Must have experience with Eagle* Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization. Business Analyst role for end to end management of small to medium scale projects and client change requests/transitions, following SDLC/BPLC processes ensuring resources are available from the business or project teams for managing scope, time and finances. This partner plans project activities, tasks, and deliverables including the scope, scheduling, budgeting, and the coordination of tasks and resources to ensure necessary change management activities are in place to support the roll out, training, and communication with all GFS control partners to resolve issues and mitigate risks appropriately and effectively. Communicate change management and/or project status weekly and monthly (with financials) reports to PMO and stakeholders/sponsors with clear issues and risk escalation while maintaining all documentation related to project per PMO guidelines and appropriate sign off. To successfully lead multi-cultural, multi-functional, multi-site teams and analyze/manage/resolve crisis situations in a timely and effective manner; meeting delivery dates, scope - including clarity on agreed scope and items not in scope - and budget (and initial operational oversight including procedure notes, operating model and standard service definitions documented).
