*Required Skills:*1-3 Years’ experience in application development using other structured methods and programming techniques using JavaScript. Experience in application development using other structured methods and programming techniques using, but not limited to, Python, HTML, CSS. Proficient in the methods, practices and techniques of UX design. Familiarity with GitHub or other source control tools. Experience with real time data, apis, web mapping apis, web services, and visualizations. Experience with software development lifecycle. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with co-workers, contractors, vendors, other agencies and the public. Detail oriented and self-directed, with excellent analytical and programming skills and the ability to use pragmatic problem solving skills and sound judgment when diagnosing and resolving problems. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to convey technical material to audiences with varying familiarity with the subject matter.
