Immediate Need Oracle DBA - Rate $45/Hr !! Position: Oracle DBA Location: Pittsburgh,PA Duration: 6 Month The environment is an Oracle Database operations that support over 140 applications. Their job will be to run DDL (Data Definition Language) scripts provided by the MIS teams that will modify the database structures as needed to support MIS builds/changes. The key is that they have to execute the scripts exactly as they are provided by MIS, follow all company procedures for verifying the correct change documentation is provided and know when to ask for help from company people who will be available when there are questions. Since this is such a short engagement, we have narrowed the scope of their work to a few tasks that we want to have done correctly as opposed to everything that a DBA might be asked to do.
