Description: The consultant is required to have 7 to 10 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Talent Management related modules. Strong background using PeopleSoft Talent Management related modules and Best Practices especially setting up competencies. Provide advice to the project team related to configuration and setup. Assist in making the best strategic configuration decisions. Demonstrate functional knowledge in the following modules for PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or greater: Profile manager, eDevelopment, Career Planning, Succession Planning, and Learning Management (as related to Talent Management). Assist in designing interfaces, data conversions and customizations.
