Job Title : IVR TEST LEAD Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 6 Months Contract Job Description: GENESYS TEST LEAD *Short Description: * Test Lead, Test designer and Test Analyst *Complete Description: * Play the roles of a Test Lead, Test designer and Test Analyst and be involved with all aspects of testing. Expected to have good communication and technical skills to be able to deliver the work with quality and in time. 1. Testing Discipline - 10 years + 2. Genesys - Configuration Management Experience and Routing - 5 to 10 years 3. IVR (Audium, Syntellect, & Genesys vendors) - 5 to 10 years 4. Soft Phone / Hard Phone - 5 years 5. Quality Center Experience - 5 years + 6. Strong written and oral communication is a must 7. Work Force Management experience - 5 years + 8. Business Intelligence Applications (Hyperion, Merced and Microstrategy) 5 + 9. Business Acumen of call center operations with Property and Casualty lines of business helpful.
