*Oracle Fusion Compensation Module* *Location: Itasca, IL* *Project Duration: Through the end of 2016 at a minimum, potential to convert perm if the candidate is willing and able, but not required* *(Let me know if you are finding that candidates asking for more)* *Candidates on H1Bs are fine and the manager is open to a Skype interview in place of a face-to-face if the candidate is not local* Oracle Fusion Compensation module Techno-functional Lead. (Oracle Fusion is hosted in the cloud) Working as part of a team to support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module and serve as a technical lead. The compensation module hosted in the cloud was implemented about 3 years ago. There is currently an offshore business analyst on this team as well as a technical SME. The business analyst has been working as a liaison between the end-users of the compensation module and the technical SME for the past three years. Recently the compensation end-users have been requesting to leverage new feature functionality and enhancements in order to fully utilize the module. Because the technical SME supports more than just the compensation module within Oracle Fusion, he doesn’t have enough time to focus specifically on this. He will be available as an SME to this technical resource if needed, but the purpose of this hire is to take most of the technical support off his plate. This person will essentially be working closely with the end-users to understand their process and business needs to determine how to best leverage new feature functionalities and make enhancements to increase productivity. Also, will be providing on-going support and maintenance to the compensation module.
