QA - Contract to hire (3-6 months to hire) (need GC, GC EAD or citizens) Key skills: salesforce, oracle, Jira and selenium 100% in Boston, MA *Sr Software QA Analyst* Works with developers, business analysts, project managers and others to help ensure high quality and timely software delivery on multiple implementation projects of varying sizes and complexities. Plans and executes manual and automated testing throughout the development cycle and during periodic releases. Communicates frequently with team members regarding quality status, and helps to resolve project problems and issues to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. * Essential Job Functions* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below. - Works with developers, business analysts, project managers and others to help ensure high quality and timely software delivery on multiple implementation projects of varying sizes and complexities. - Develops, publishes, and executes testing strategies and plans for various products and projects. - Utilizes various testing tools, both human and computer-based, in order to automate the execution of test cases. - Writes and tracks bug reports as problems are found and corrected. Collaborates with developers, both in-house and externally, and support personnel to identify and correct defects. - Collaborates with systems engineering team to brainstorm and test new ideas. - Participates in periodic release activities. - Provide assistance and guidance related to QA and software testing, to other departments with in IT - Performs additional duties and activities as required. *Education and Experience:* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 7-10 years of related experience required. - Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: - Experience with Healthcare and Salesforce preferred.
