*Role: IDAM Architect* *Location: **Menomonee Falls,WI* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* Identity & Access Management Architect will work with Client to shape their IDAM Strategy and execute on a series of projects towards the defined State · Working experience with IDAM domain. · Hands on experience in designing , developing and implementing IDAM solution using one or more mainstream IDAM Tool Stack(IBM, Oracle, Sun, CA etc) · Privilleged Identity Management experience using atleast one of the tools like CyberArk, Beyond trust, OPAM, Quest PAM etc (CyberArk or BeyondTrust preferred) · Technical Leadership & Team Management Skills · Onsite / Offshore team experience · Good verbal & Written communication skills. · Customer facing experience. Desired Skill : Java Development / Scripting Hands on expereince - Web Application Development Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze Customer's existing IDAM environment 2. Understand ,refine and finalize Enterprise & Privilleged Identity requirements 3. Develop High & Low level design to meet the new business requirement 4. Guide and mentor team members on the project 5. Review work products from team members 6. Participate in review meetings 7.
