Job Duties: ***Work location: Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, OR New Jersey area**** · 30% SAP architecture review and analysis for customers · 30% SAP solutioning · 20% Starting or assisting in the start-up of SAP services on accounts · 10% Assisting other teams / QA support for activities · 10% New SAP service development or improvements to existing services *Specialized/Practical Knowledge: * · 10 or more years experience in SAP. · Mutiple implementations of SAP · Practical working knowledge of operations of SAP inluding functional support, technical support, configuration, development, authorizations and basis Administration · Strong working knowledge of new SAP products with strong connection to the future direction of SAP and its product suite. · Experience architecting SAP systems and developing road maps for architecture improvements to customers · Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities are required · Experience with upgrading SAP systems *Management Skill: * · Needs to be able to define and monitor long-term stratgies and plans for several customers at once. · Needs to manage personal time to share knowledge across a broad group of SAP teams and customers · Needs to be able to define and manage project plans *Interaction:* Interacts regularly with customer directors andunctional leaders and sometimes top execs.Uses persuasion and influence to work towards resolution. This is a customer facing position. *Complexity/Problem Solving:* This is a complex problem-solving environment with objectives that are often abstract.
